He decides to abandon his natural habitat, that of the rugged Sierra mountains and goes to live in the urban part of Sinaloa with his family. This creates a favorable scenario for his new capture, which materializes as a product of immense efforts by the North American agencies in cooperation with thespecial forces of the Mexican Navy.

With his privileged information and possible testimony will he remove and clarify the bowels of the corrupt Mexican State and other authorities and important people on the five continents? Above all, will he be able to control and perpetuate his illicit empire with the help of relatives and allies, in which an internal war is constantly being waged for the succession of its power? Or will Joaquin simply remain quietly in prison and wait for what the future holds? As the mechanics of the drug trafficking business continues to grow and expand, their violent and fatal consequences are at the forefront of the day and someone in Sinaloa or elsewhere in the world will eventually become the new lords of the drug empire.
